An unusually specific request for overnight parking, undone by a very reflective shop window.
Alright lads. Coming up from south London to do some Oxfordshire countryside riding this weekend. Anyone got somewhere safe I could leave my bike overnight?
Preferably in a garage with your own bike. Just feel more comfortable knowing another decent bike’s in there. Shows you take security seriously.
What do you ride out of interest?
Someone’s offered a locked shed but only keeps gardening stuff in it. Appreciate it mate, not really what I’m looking for.
Ideally another adventure rider with something fairly new. Nothing against older bikes, just trying to meet people with similar interests and resale values.

Can’t stay and chat unfortunately. Very busy itinerary. Might have a mate collect me in his van so I don’t disturb anyone starting the bike early.
No need to move your bike out to make room. Honestly. Leave it exactly where it is.
Why’s everyone recommending hotels? Trying to get involved in the community here.
Also whoever’s offered to come riding with me, cheers but I prefer the parking side of adventure riding at the moment.

EDIT 2: Gloves are also for the cold. Yes, I know the bloke reflected across the road is in a T-shirt. People feel temperatures differently.
